Background
Iam Colonel Ravi Shankar, M Tech, FIE, a senior retired Army Officer, with three decades of experience in technical / administrative fields. Having taken voluntary retirement in 1997 while serving in the Army Headquarters as Director (Vehicles), I served for four years in the Indian corporate sector. Subsequently, I proceeded to Iraq on an assignment with UNDP, which came to an end with the onset of war.

Vision Plus Training Services
On returning to India, I decided to strike out on my own and enter the field of teaching and training that would utilize my vast experience in HRD, including Recruitment, Training, Development and Performance Appraisals.
Vision Plus Training Services had its genesis as a training institute for young children (classes 5 to 10) focusing on development of fundamental skills in Maths and English, via a unique computer aided education program developed by the University of Stanford.


Encouraged by my success in the venture, I have now expanded the scope of my training programs to include specialized offerings for young adults on the threshold of a job hunt as well as Management Development Programs for professionals with prestigious companies such as yours.
